Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Policy
a. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified by email if there are any significant delays with your order.
b. Shipping Options
We currently offer the following delivery methods:

Flat Rate Shipping – All U.S. orders ship at a flat rate of $5.00. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier.

Local Pickup – Available for customers near our pickup location. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions, including the pickup address and available hours.
Please select your preferred delivery method at checkout.
c. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
d. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.
2. Local Pickup
If you select Local Pickup at checkout:

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.

Please bring your order confirmation email or a valid ID when picking up your order.

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification unless otherwise arranged.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from Soft and Luscious LLC! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.
a. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Due to the personal nature of our products (skin and body care), we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
b. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at softandluscious@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
c. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
d. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Sale items or promotional products

Opened or used personal care products
